PUMA x SCAD Competition 2025
This project was developed as part of a three-week competition in collaboration with PUMA, where our team worked closely with a professional sneaker designer to envision a future trend tailored to Generation Z. Our approach combined marketing strategy, sneaker design, material selection, and consumer insights to propose a concept that blends nostalgia with modern innovation. Through extensive research, including live interviews with Gen Z consumers, we identified the rising influence of second-hand shopping, vintage aesthetics, and sustainable practices as key factors shaping future fashion trends. Our final proposal incorporated a sneaker collection inspired by retro technology and the resurgence of analog culture, complemented by an immersive marketing campaign. This innovative approach earned us third place in the competition, showcasing our ability to merge cultural insights with product development in a way that resonates with the evolving preferences of the next generation.
